Parish President Ned Thomas Leads Group of Local Leaders
Franklinton, LA—Today, Washington Parish President Richard “Ned” Thomas joined fellow elected officials in endorsing John Kennedy for U.S. Senate. These Washington Parish leaders join Republicans, Democrats, and Independents from throughout the state in support of Treasurer Kennedy’s campaign.
"John Kennedy is a fierce advocate for Louisiana taxpayers, and he has an impressive record of fighting for greater transparency and against government waste," said Parish President Thomas. "That is why I am joining with other Washington Parish officials in support of his campaign."
Mr. Thomas is currently in his third term as Washington Parish President.
“Throughout my career in public service, I’ve worked with both Democrats and Republicans to fight government waste,” said Treasurer Kennedy. “I’m honored to have the support of Washington Parish elected officials, including Parish President Thomas, who are committed to good government and transparency.”
